研究目的：

本研究的目的在于评估高热量饮食是否增加健康人群发生心血管疾病的风险，同时评估甘露糖预防高热量饮食人群发生心血管疾病或降低血脂相关指标。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to evaluate whether a high calorie diet increases the risk of cardiovascular disease in healthy individuals, and to evaluate the prevention of cardiovascular disease or lipid-lowering related indicators in individuals on a high calorie diet with mannose.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）18-30岁健康成人，体重（BMI）指数22-24； 2）可坚持每日三餐严格进食配餐、不额外进食研究人员规定以外的食物； 3）不挑食、持续进食时间约至少为14天； 4）临床医生检查后入组。

Inclusion criteria

1) Healthy adults aged 18-30 with a body mass index (BMI) of 22-24;
2) We can adhere to a strict three meal daily meal plan and not consume additional food beyond the researcher's regulations;
3) Not picky eaters, with a continuous eating time of at least 14 days;
4) Enrollment after examination by clinical doctors.

排除标准：

1）对饮食有偏好，对膳食口味要求严格者； 2）不同意签署知情同意者； 3）经医生认定身体条件不允许者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Those who have a preference for diet and have strict requirements for dietary taste;
2) Those who do not agree to sign informed consent;
3) Those whose physical conditions are deemed unsuitable by the doctor.
