研究目的：

通过基因测序方法分析乳头状颅咽管瘤患者手术前外周血和术后肿瘤组织的BRAF V600E基因突变检测阳性率的一致性，为乳头状颅咽管瘤的早期诊断提供一种新的方法。  

Objectives of Study：

The gene sequencing method was used to analyze the consistency of BRAF V600E gene mutation detection in peripheral blood and postoperative tumor tissues of patients with papillary choroidal tumor, which provided a new method for early diagnosis of papillary craniopharyngioma.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1)患者年龄在1岁至75岁之间，性别不限；
(2)手术后病理诊断证实为乳头状颅咽管瘤的患者；
(3)患者无其他部位肿瘤，尤其是甲状腺乳头状癌、肺小细胞癌、黑色素瘤等；
(4)女性患者非妊娠期及哺乳期；
(5)心肺功能正常。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Patient aged 1 and 75 years;
(2) Patients with papillary craniopharyngioma confirmed by pathological diagnosis after surgery;
(3) The patient has no other tumors, especially papillary thyroid carcinoma, small cell lung cancer, melanoma, etc.;
(4) Female patients are not pregnant and lactating;
(5) Cardiopulmonary function is normal.

排除标准：

（1）鞍区其他性质的病变（如：垂体瘤/生殖细胞瘤/炎症/肉芽肿等）；
（2）鞍区占位病变已行手术，但术后无病理学诊断；
（3）患者合并其他部位肿瘤；
（4）妊娠或哺乳期的女性患者；
（5）明显心血管功能异常，或严重肺部疾患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Other lesions in the sellar region (eg pituitary tumor / germ cell tumor / inflammation / granuloma, etc.);
(2) Surgery has been performed in the saddle area lesion, but no pathological diagnosis after operation;
(3) The patient has a tumor in another part;
(4) Female patients during pregnancy or lactation;
(5) Patients with obvious cardiovascular dysfunction or severe pulmonary disease.
