研究目的：

针对我国母乳功能组分变化规律不清、检测与功能评价方法不完善、婴配粉制造技术不能满足中国婴幼儿营养需求的问题，项目将突破我国母乳研究瓶颈，解析我国母乳组分变化规律和结构特征，攻克保活、节能、提升可湿性的婴配粉工艺，建设中国母乳样本库及组分数据共享平台，创新检测、功能评价和制造关键技术，研制基于中国母乳研究数据、营养活性得到有效保持的新一代婴配粉，并对其喂养效果进行全面系统的评价，实现产业化示范。项目的实施将为设计满足中国婴幼儿营养需求的婴配粉提供科学依据，提升国产婴配粉市场占有率，促进我国婴配行业健康发展  

Objectives of Study：

Aiming at the problems of unclear change rules of functional components of Chinese breast milk, imperfect testing and functional evaluation methods, and the manufacturing technology of infant formula not being able to meet the nutritional needs of Chinese infants and young children, the project will break through the bottleneck of China's breast milk research, analyze the change rules of components of China's breast milk and its structural characteristics, overcome the process of infant formula that preserves the activity, conserves energy, and improves the wettability, build a database of China's breast milk samples and a platform for sharing data on the components, and innovate the testing and functional evaluation and manufacturing key technologies, Functional evaluation and manufacturing key technologies, to develop a new generation of baby powder based on China's breast milk research data, effectively maintain the nutritional activity, and conduct a comprehensive and systematic evaluation of its feeding effect, and realize industrialization demonstration. The implementation of the project will provide scientific basis for the design of infant formula that meets the nutritional needs of Chinese infants and young children, enhance the market share of domestic infant formula, and promote the healthy development of China's infant formula industry.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

临床诊断健康且不影响母乳喂养的产妇： （1）孕周：37~41+6周； （2）年龄：20~40周岁； （3）母亲健康状况：无母乳喂养禁忌症； （4）母乳喂养意愿强烈； （5）产后体检、儿保召回生产医院进行诊断； （6）能熟练使用智能手机； （7）受试者或监护人签署知情同意书； （8）受试者承诺整个研究期间配合研究，愿意依据采样规范完成样本采集，填写健康与膳食调查问卷。

Inclusion criteria

Mothers who are clinically diagnosed as healthy and do not interfere with breastfeeding: (1) Week of pregnancy: 37~41+6 weeks; (2) Age: 20~40 weeks; (3) Health of the mother: no contraindications to breastfeeding; (4) Strong desire to breastfeed; (5) Postnatal physical examination, pediatric recall of the birth hospital for diagnosis; (6) Skilled in the use of smart phones; (7) The subject or guardian signed an informed consent form; (8) Subjects committed to cooperate with the study throughout the study period, willing to complete the sample collection according to the sampling specifications, fill out the health and dietary questionnaires.

排除标准：

有下列情况者不入选： （1）在孕期发生严重营养性或遗传性疾病、严重妊娠合并症和并发症、内分泌疾病等影响母乳喂养者； （2）生产后不在本院进行产后体检和儿保； （3）受试者依从性较差，随访可能性差。

Exclusion criteria：

Those with the following conditions will not be selected: (1) Those with severe nutritional or hereditary diseases, serious pregnancy complications and complications, and endocrine diseases that interfere with breastfeeding during pregnancy; (2) Not undergoing postnatal physical examination and pediatric care at our hospital after delivery; (3) Subjects with poor compliance and poor likelihood of follow-up.
