研究目的：

探究魏氏鼻咽通气道联合声门上喷射通气用于老年ERCP病人术中生命体征的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effect of Wei's nasopharyngeal airway combined with supraglottic jet ventilation on intraoperative vital signs in elderly ERCP patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1) 年龄65-80岁； 2) ASA 分级Ⅲ~Ⅳ 级； 3) 全身状态稳定且呼吸功能储备良好 4) 手术时间＜2 h 5) 自愿签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1) Age 65-80 years old; 2) ASA level III to IV; 3) Stable overall condition and good reserve of respiratory function 4) Surgical time<2 hours 5) Voluntarily sign an informed consent form.

排除标准：

1) 凝血病或鼻出血； 2) 心脏病（心力衰竭、心绞痛、心肌梗塞、心律失常等）的明确诊断； 3) 肺部疾病（哮喘、慢性阻塞性肺疾病、肺栓塞、肺水肿或肺癌）的明确诊断； 4) 怀孕； 5) 颅内压升高； 6) ASA＞Ⅳ级； 7) 鼻腔、口咽部感染； 8) 对丙泊酚、鸡蛋、大豆或白蛋白过敏。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Coagulation disease or nosebleeds; 2) Clear diagnosis of heart disease (heart failure, angina, myocardial infarction, arrhythmia, etc.); 3) Clear diagnosis of lung diseases (asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, pulmonary embolism, pulmonary edema, or lung cancer); 4) Pregnancy; 5) Elevated intracranial pressure; 6) ASA>Level IV; 7) Nasal and oropharyngeal infections; 8) Allergies to propofol, eggs, soybeans, or albumin.
