探讨香山正骨养生功法对腰椎后路融合术后患者功能康复及其生活质量的影响  

Objectives of Study：

Exploring the effects of Xiangshan orthopedic bone regeneration gong method on functional rehabilitation and its quality of life of patients after posterior lumbar spine fusion surgery

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）腰椎退行性病变引起的疼痛或功能障碍，保守治疗无效，严重影响日常工作和生活； （2）患者及家属选择腰椎后路融合术； （3）术前评估能耐受手术，无手术禁忌症。 （4）手术出血小于200ml，手术时间小于90min （5）年龄≥45岁，≤60岁。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Pain or dysfunction caused by degenerative lumbar spine disease, ineffective conservative treatment, and seriously affecting daily work and life; (2) Patients and their families choose posterior lumbar fusion; (3) Preoperative assessment can tolerate the surgery and there is no contraindication to surgery. (4) Surgical bleeding is less than 200 ml, and surgical time is less than 90 min. (5) Age ≥45 years old and ≤60 years old.

排除标准：

（1）术前已经出现马尾神经损伤患者； （2）二次行腰椎融合术或翻修等； （3）术中出现硬膜囊撕裂，脑脊液漏； （4）身体任何部位的活动性及隐匿感染； （5）严重精神或认知障碍； （6）恶性肿瘤晚期。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with preoperative cauda equina injury already present; (2) Secondary lumbar fusion or revision, etc; (3) Intraoperative dural sac tears and cerebrospinal fluid leaks; (4) Active and occult infections in any part of the body; (5) Severe mental or cognitive impairment; (6) Advanced malignant tumors.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

①数据的可溯源性、病例报告表(CRF)的填写与移交 最原始记录为住院病历。病例报告表来自病历，由研究者填写，每个入选病例必须完成病例报告表。完成的病例报告表由临床监察员审查后，第一联交数据统计单位，进行数据录入与管理工作。第一联移交后，病例报告表的内容不再作修改。 ②数据的录入与修改 数据录入与管理由统计单位数据管理员负责。采用SPSS专用数据库，进行数据录入与管理。为保证数据的准确性，应由两个数据管理员独立进行双份录入并校对。 对病例报告表中存在的疑问。数据管理员将填写疑问解答表(DRO)，并通过临床监查员向研究者发出询问，研究者应以书面答询方式尽快解答并返回，数据管理员根据研究者的回答进行数据修改，确认与录入，必要时可以再次发出DRO。 ③数据的锁定 在盲态审核并确认建立的数据库正确后，由主要研究者、申办者、统计分析人员和监督管理人员对数据进行锁定。锁定后的数据文件不可再做改动。数据锁定之后发现的问题，经确认后可在统计分析程序中进行修正。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

①Traceability of data, completion and transfer of case report forms (CRF) The most original record was the hospitalization medical record. The case report form comes from the medical record and is completed by the investigator, and the case report form must be completed for each enrolled case. The completed case report form is reviewed by the clinical ombudsman and the first link is handed over to the data statistics unit for data entry and management. After the first copy is handed over, no further changes will be made to the content of the case report form. Data entry and modification Data entry and management by the statistical unit data manager is responsible for. SPSS special database for data entry and management. In order to ensure the accuracy of the data, double entry and proofreading should be carried out independently by two data administrators. Doubts exist in the case report form. The data manager will fill in the question answer form (DRO) and send the inquiry to the investigator through the clinical supervisor. The investigator should answer the inquiry in writing and return as soon as possible, and the data manager will make data modification, confirmation and entry according to the investigator's answer, and the DRO can be sent again if necessary. ③Locking of data After blind auditing and confirming that the database established is correct, the data will be locked by the principal investigator, sponsor, statistical analyst and supervisory and management personnel. No further changes can be made to the data file after locking. Problems identified after data locking can be corrected in the statistical analysis program after confirmation.
