研究目的：

探究择期行剖宫产手术的足月孕单胎妊娠女性，其各项生理性指标与0.75%等比重罗哌卡因在蛛网膜下腔扩散平面的相关分析。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the correlation between physiological parameters and 0.75% isobaric ropivacaine diffusion plane in subarachnoid space in full-term pregnant women with singleton pregnancy undergoing elective cesarean section.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）ASA：Ⅰ或Ⅱ级 2）年龄：18～40 岁 3）孕周：足月，单胎妊娠 4）BMI（Body Mass Index）：＜40kg/m2

Inclusion criteria

1) ASA: I or II 2) Age: 18-40 years 3) Gestational age: term, singleton pregnancy 4) BMI (Body Mass Index): < 40 kg/m2

排除标准：

1）有妊娠期高血压、糖尿病者 2）有心脑血管、肝、肾等重要脏器的功能损害者 3）羊水异常，胎儿宫内窘迫，前置胎盘，胎盘早剥 4）已知的胎儿发育异常 5）椎管内麻醉禁忌症

Exclusion criteria：

1) Gestational hypertension, diabetes; 2) Cardiovascular and cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and other important organ function damage; 3) abnormal amniotic fluid, fetal distress, placenta previa, placental abruption; 4) known fetal dysplasia; 5) spinal anesthesia contraindications
