研究目的：

探索药物使用后发生急慢性肾脏病的发病机制，是否存在可预测的风险因子，为患者使用基础致病治疗所需药物及减轻甚至避免其肾毒性提供理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study is to prove that whether exsit perdictable risk factors during acute kidney disease and chonic kidney disease caused by drugs,and then to provide theoretical foundations for the treatment of drug nephrotoxicity.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①选择即将使用可能引起急慢性肾脏病药物治疗的患者，并已签署知情同意书；
②基础病变为需要使用肾毒性药物治疗的基础疾病，并由此而导致急性肾损伤或慢性肾衰竭；
③年龄在18周岁至75周岁之间；
④感染、酸中毒、电解质紊乱、高血压等得到有效控制。

Inclusion criteria

Patients will be uasing nephrotoxicity drugs to treat underlying diseases ,aged between 18 to 75 yesrs old.

排除标准：

①妊娠或哺乳期妇女；
②合并有严重的心、脑、肝以及造血系统等严重原发性疾病，过敏体质或对多种药物过敏者；
③无法合作者，如精神病患者；
④工作无固定地点，容易脱落者

Exclusion criteria：

Patients who had the following complications were excluded: malignant cancer, sever heart, liver, brain or other organs dysfunction, shock, dehydration and being receiving emergent dialysis or kidney replacement treatment, pregnant or lactating women, mental illness that cannot cooperate,no fixed place to work that easy to lost.
