观察心衰患者循环中BMP9变化情况，分析其内在联系，为心血管疾病的预防和治疗提供新的理论和实验依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the changes of BMP9 in the circulation of patients with heart failure and analyze its internal relationship, so as to provide a new theoretical and experimental basis for the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases.

纳入标准：

1: 年龄35～75岁； 2: BMI 17-35kg/m2； 3: EF ＜ 50%； 4: 无严重肝、肾及血液系统等重要脏器疾病；

Inclusion criteria

1: Age 35-75 years old 2: BMI 17-35kg/m2 3: EF < 50% 4: No serious liver, kidney, blood system and other important organ diseases

排除标准：

1: 患有严重肝、肾功能不全、糖尿病等其他疾病者； 2: 患有精神疾病，包括严重的癔症；不具备自主能力者； 3: 最近3个月参加过其他临床试验 4: 任何病史，据研究者判断可能干扰试验结果或增加患者风险 5: 癌症

Exclusion criteria：

1: Patients with severe liver, renal insufficiency, diabetes and other diseases 2: Mental illness, including severe hysteria; Those who do not possess the ability of autonomy 3: Participated in other clinical trials within the last 3 months 4: Any medical history that, according to the investigator, may interfere with the results of the trial or increase the patient's risk 5: cancer

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

首先将所有患者及其编号统一录入到EXCEL表格里，检测结果出来后再录入到对应的患者表格里，由负责人统一管理，患者相关资料落锁保存。
