研究目的：

1.建立高原羌族人群内分泌代谢性疾病研究队列。 2.探索内分泌代谢性疾病的患病率；探讨饮食、遗传等因素在高原羌族人群新发内分泌代谢性疾病、心脑血管疾病和死亡的作用。 3.制定高原羌族人群糖化血红蛋白、甲状腺激素、垂体肾上腺皮质激素的正常参考值。 4.构建高原羌族人群内分泌代谢性疾病的防控策略。  

Objectives of Study：

1.To establish a study cohort of endocrine and metabolic diseases in Plateau Qiang population. 2.To explore the prevalence of endocrine metabolic diseases; To explore the role of diet, genetics and other factors in the development of endocrine and metabolic diseases, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and death in plateau Qiang population. 3.To develop the normal reference values of HBA1c, thyroid hormone and pituitary adrenocortical hormone in plateau Qiang population. 4. To establish prevention and management strategies for endocrine and metabolic diseases in plateau Qiang population.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄在18-80岁之间； 2.中海拔地区羌族或汉族；高海拔地区羌族； 3. 长期居住在该地区或类似海拔高度的地区。

Inclusion criteria

1.Between 18 and 80 years old; 2. Qiang or Han nationality in middle-altitude areas; Qiang nationality in high altitude area; 3. Long lived in the area or at a similar altitude.

排除标准：

1.长期居住在外地（每年 > 6个月居住于非高原地区）； 2.有精神疾病或严重认知功能障碍，无法配合完成研究； 3.妊娠期或哺乳期的女性; 4.依从性差，不愿意接受随访者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Long-term residence outside the site (> 6 months per year in non-plateau areas); 2. Mental illness or severe cognitive dysfunction, unable to cooperate with the completion of the study; 3. Women during pregnancy or breastfeeding; 4. Poor compliance, unwilling to accept interviewers.
