八段锦锻炼对帕金森病患者机体功能的影响  

Objectives of Study：

Effect of Baduanjin exercise on body function of patients with Parkinson's disease

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1)明确诊断为原发性PD，疾病严重程度为改良Hoehn-Yahr分期为I-III期；(2)能够独立站立和行走；(3)听力、视觉和认知能力正常；(4)抗帕金森药物使用稳定，没有预期变化；(5)未接受其他锻炼。

Inclusion criteria

(1) confirmed diagnosis of idiopathic PD with a modified Hoehn and Yahr disease severity assessment of stages 1-3; (2) capability of walking without a cane and standing without assistance; (3) normal cognitive ability, vision, and hearing; (4) regular use of drugs, no anticipated changes in PD medications; (5) other forms of exercise were not permitted.

排除标准：

（1）各种继发性帕金森综合征(如创伤性、药物性、肿瘤性、血管性、中毒性、脑积水等)和帕金森叠加综合征；(2)MMSE评分低于24分；（3）既往有骨关节疾病或脑血管疾病以及行走或平衡障碍的；(4)已行DBS治疗者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Parkinson’s superposition syndrome and secondary Parkinson’s syndromes (including those caused by drugs, toxic, vascular, hydrocephalus, trauma, neoplastic, etc.); (2) the Mini Mental State Examination (MMSE) scores less than 24;(3)defective walking or balance caused by cerebrovascular disease and bone or joint disease; (4) treatment with deep brain stimulation.
