Objectives of Study：

纳入标准：

1.临床症状体征、指诊、肛门镜辅助检查结果等符合《中医肛肠科学》第二版（2012）中肛窦炎的诊断标准,，且符合肛窦炎中医辨证分型标准中湿热下注型的诊断； 2.无肛门形态或功能异常者且无肛窦炎手术者； 3.年龄在年满18周岁以上，不超过65周岁，性别无要求； 4.此前未在他处进行过肠菌移植治疗； 5.患者对本次临床研究内容知情认同，自愿加入试验，均签署了知情同意书。 以上条件需同时满足。

Inclusion criteria

1.The clinical symptoms and signs, finger examination, and anoscopy auxiliary examination results meet the diagnostic criteria for anal sinusitis in the second edition of the "Anorectal Science of Traditional Chinese Medicine" (2012), and meet the diagnosis of damp heat bet type in the syndrome differentiation and classification criteria of traditional Chinese medicine for anal sinusitis; 2.No abnormal anal morphology or function and no anal sinusitis surgery; 3. The age at least 18 years old, not more than 65 years old, gender is not required; 4.No previous treatment with enterobacterial transplantation elsewhere; 5. Patients were informed about the content of this clinical study and voluntarily joined the trial. All patients signed the informed consent. The above conditions must be met at the same time.

排除标准：

1.不能满足纳入标准所须的要求者； 2.患者合并有器质性疾病、血液系统疾病以及精神异常患者； 3.患有其他肛周疾患如(混合痔、肛瘘、直肠肿瘤、克罗恩疾病、炎性或结核性病变、肛门直肠周围脓肿、肛管直肠癌病等)，或者既往有肛门部位手术病史患者； 4.怀孕期或哺乳期的妇女； 5.患者无法遵守本临床试验研究中的要求用药，影响本试验结果的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Those who cannot meet the requirements of the inclusion criteria; 2.Patients with organic diseases, hematological diseases and mental disorders; 3. Patients with other perianal diseases such as mixed hemorrhoids, anal fistula, rectal tumors, Crohn's disease, inflammatory or tuberculous lesions, perianal abscess, anorectal cancer, etc., or patients with a history of anal surgery; 4.Pregnant or lactating women; 5. Patients who could not comply with the requirements of the clinical trial, which affected the results of the trial.

采用临床标准治疗方案，复方荆芥熏洗剂 熏洗 2次/日；肛泰栓 1枚 塞肛 2次/日；提肛锻炼：收腹提肛，先收后放，每次20遍，2次/日。

在标准治疗的基础上，口服肠菌移植（FMT）胶囊，15粒/次，隔天1次，共3次，总剂量45粒（约5g）。肠道准备：首次移植前一天晚上8点开始禁食，当天早上8点口服乳果糖口服溶液 100ml，中午12点首次服用肠菌移植（FMT）胶囊。

On the basis of standard treatment, oral intestinal bacterial transplantation (FMT) capsules were given, 15 capsules each time, once every other day, for a total of 3 times, with a total dose of 45 capsules (about 5g). Bowel preparation: Fasting was started at 8 PM the day before the first transplant, 100ml of lactulose oral solution was taken at 8 am on the same day, and the first Enteromicrobial transplant (FMT) capsules were taken at 12 PM.
