Objectives of Study：

Both HICT and dietary approaches can improve inflammation and body weight, but is there any combination effects or addictive effects? And also, HICT combines with different dietary approaches, will they have different effects?

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

The inclusion criteria are as follows: 1) Chinese; 2) Aged between 18-65 years old; 3) Body mass index (BMI) from 23.0 to less than 25.0 kg/m2 is classified as overweight and BMI 25.0 kg/m2 or above is classified as obese.

排除标准：

Exclusion criteria：

The exclusion criteria are as follows: 1) Participated in the similar programs during the past 6 months; 2) Presence of cardiovascular, respiratory, neurologic, musculoskeletal, metabolic and/or endocrine diseases.
