研究目的：

探讨连续葡萄糖监测装置——瞬感扫描式葡萄糖监测系统（flash glucose monitoring，FGM）在脓毒症/脓毒症休克患者中的准确性以及可行性。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the accuracy and feasibility of continuous glucose monitoring device - flash glucose monitoring (FGM) in patients with sepsis/septic shock.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1) 年龄≥18 岁；2) 预期入住 ICU≥72 小时且入住 ICU 期间血气监测数值≥3 次/日；3) 脓毒症（符合脓毒症 3.0 诊断），同时 SOFA 评分≥2 分；4) 签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1)≥18 years old; 2) Patients who had an expected minimum length of hospital stay of 72h and arterial blood gas analysis ≥3 times a day; 3)Sepsis was defined as sepsis-3 definitions, combination with a Sequential Organ Failure Assessment (SOFA) score at admission ≥2; 4) Sign informed consent form.

排除标准：

1) 正在参与其他临床研究；2) 拒绝参与研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Currently participating in other clinical studies; 2)Refuse to participate in clinical research.

该研究为单中心先导性观察性研究，拟纳入60例患者，符合入组标准后，给予脓毒症/脓毒症休克患者安装瞬感血糖监测系统（Flash glucose monitoring ，FGM），并以动脉血气血糖为金标准，比较FGM在脓毒症患者血糖监测中的准确性以及可行性。

Intervention：

The study is a single-center pilot observational study, which intends to include 60 patients, and after meeting the enrollment criteria, patients with sepsis/septic shock will be equipped with a Flash glucose monitoring(FGM) system. The blood glucose of arterial blood gas will be used as the gold standard to compare the accuracy and feasibility of FGM in monitoring patients with sepsis.

瞬感扫描式葡萄糖监测系统（flash glucose monitoring，FGM）的扫描监测由专门负责人完成，患者的管床护士以及医生并不知晓FGM数值，同时FGM数值亦不作为调整临床血糖管理方案的依据。

Blinding：

The monitoring of the flash glucose monitoring (FGM) system is carried out by a dedicated person in charge, and the patient's nurse and doctor are not aware of the FGM value. At the same time, the FGM value is not used as a basis for adjusting the clinical blood glucose management plan.
