研究目的：

通过缩小导尿管球囊体积，减轻患者导尿管相关膀胱刺激征（CRBD）症状，而没有增加其他不良反应。  

Objectives of Study：

By reducing the volume of the urinary catheter balloon, the symptoms of urinary catheter related bladder irritation (CRBD) in patients were alleviated without increasing other adverse reactions.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

试验组(球囊体积5ml)患者，在手术室麻醉前进行导尿，插入18Ffoley导尿管（润滑油润滑），注入5ml生理盐水，使球囊膨胀，插入成功后用胶带固定在腿部。对照组（球囊体积10ml），在手术室麻醉前进行导尿，插入18Ffoley导尿管（润滑油润滑），注入10ml生理盐水，使球囊膨胀，插入成功后用胶带固定在腿部。  

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Patients in the experimental group (with a balloon volume of 5ml) underwent catheterization before anesthesia in the operating room. An 18Ffoley catheter (lubricated with lubricating oil) was inserted, and 5ml of physiological saline was injected to inflate the balloon. After successful insertion, it was fixed to the leg with tape. The control group (balloon volume 10ml) underwent catheterization before anesthesia in the operating room. An 18Ffoley catheter (lubricated with lubricating oil) was inserted and 10ml of physiological saline was injected to inflate the balloon. After successful insertion, it was fixed to the leg with tape.  

纳入标准：

ASAⅠ-Ⅲ男性患者，年龄大于18岁，计划接受在全身麻醉下，进行一般常规外科手术（除外泌尿外科手术）并且需要留置导尿管至少6小时的患者。

Inclusion criteria

ASA I-III male patients, aged over 18 years, who plan to undergo general routine surgical procedures under general anesthesia (excluding urological surgery) and require indwelling catheterization for at least 6 hours.

排除标准：

排除标准：膀胱流出道梗阻，膀胱过度活动症，神经源性膀胱，尿道手术史。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria: bladder outflow obstruction, overactive bladder, neurogenic bladder, history of urethral surgery.
