研究目的：

慢性腰痛是临床常见的疾病之一，是全世界的重要公共卫生问题之一，是高发病率、高负担的疾病，因此探索一种经济、简单、高效的非药物干预慢性腰痛的方式显得尤为重要。“易筋经”是中国传统运动中以强筋壮骨为主的一种运动方法，具有诸多研究也证实了易筋经可以很好的改善筋骨状态，可以改善慢性筋骨疼痛以及关节活动。但对于易筋经干预慢性非特异性腰痛的研究相对较少。基于此本课题拟探索易筋经运动对腰部筋骨的调节作用，为易筋经干预慢性非特异性腰痛提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Chronic low back pain is one of the common clinical diseases, one of the important public health problems in the world, and a disease with high incidence rate and high burden. Therefore, it is particularly important to explore an economic, simple and efficient way of non drug intervention for chronic low back pain. The Yi Jin Jing is a traditional Chinese exercise method that focuses on strengthening tendons and bones. Numerous studies have also confirmed that the Yi Jin Jing can effectively improve the condition of muscles and bones, as well as alleviate chronic muscle and bone pain and joint activity. However, there is relatively little research on the intervention of Yi Jin Jing in chronic non-specific lower back pain. Based on this, this project aims to explore the regulatory effect of Yi Jin Jing exercise on the lumbar muscles and bones, providing scientific basis for the intervention of Yi Jin Jing in chronic non-specific low back pain.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）多有腰部外伤、慢性劳损或寒湿史； （2）年龄在18-65岁之间； （3）患有腰痛大于12周； （4）RMDQ 评分大于5分； （5）可以在没有帮助的情况下站立和行走，功法锻炼。

Inclusion criteria

(1)Many have a history of lumbar trauma, chronic strain, or cold and dampness; (2) Between the ages of 18 and 65; (3) Suffering from lower back pain for more than 12 weeks; (4) RMDQ score greater than 5 points; (5) It is possible to stand and walk without assistance, and practice martial arts.

排除标准：

（1）有症状的椎间盘突出症或脊椎滑脱，有脊柱骨折、手术、需要住院治疗的神经系统疾病； （2）强直性脊柱炎、类风湿性关节炎等免疫系统疾患； （3）脊柱的肿瘤、感染、结核； （4）怀孕或与LBP相关的工伤赔偿、残疾或诉讼； （5）不能配合完成问卷、不愿前往试验地点。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Symptomatic disc herniation or spondylolisthesis, spinal fractures, surgery, and neurological disorders requiring hospitalization; (2) Immune system diseases such as ankylosing spondylitis and rheumatoid arthritis; (3) Tumors, infections, and tuberculosis of the spine; (4) Pregnancy or work-related injury compensation, disability, or litigation related to LBP; (5) Unable to cooperate in completing the questionnaire and unwilling to go to the experimental site.
