明确肌红蛋白与体外循环心脏手术患者术后短期疗效术后短期疗效的关系  

Objectives of Study：

The objective is to determine the relationship between postoperative myoglobin levels and the short-termoutcomes of cardiac surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄大于等于18岁； 2.接受体外循环心脏手术；

Inclusion criteria

1.aged ≥18 years old; 2.underwent cardiopulmonary bypass cardiac surgery;

排除标准：

1.术前有肾功能不全，定义为术前血清肌酐大于 176 μ mol/L 或需要肾脏替代治疗; 2.术前有急性心力衰竭(AHF)和急性心肌梗死(AMI); 3.术后 24h 死 亡； 4.病历不完整者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.had preoperative renal dysfunction, defined as serum creatine before surgery greater than 176 μmol/L or a requirement for renal replacement therapy; 2.had preoperative acute heart failure(AHF) and acute myocardial infraction(AMI); 3.died in 24h after operation; 4.incomplete medical records;
