研究目的：

超声辅助微创旋切术治疗乳腺良性肿瘤的疗效显著，具有微创优势，可减轻患者术后疼痛，降低炎症因子水平，再次证明微创旋切术可改善患者消极情绪，美容效果好。  

Objectives of Study：

Ultrasound assisted minimally invasive rotational resection has significant therapeutic effects on benign breast tumors, with advantages in minimally invasive treatment. It can alleviate postoperative pain and reduce levels of inflammatory factors, once again proving that minimally invasive rotational resection can improve patients' negative emotions and have good cosmetic effects.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.临床确诊为乳腺良性肿瘤，单侧乳房病灶； 2.病灶直径在1~3cm； 3.患者自愿接受手术治疗； 4临床资料齐全；

Inclusion criteria

1.Clinically diagnosed benign breast tumor, unilateral breast lesion; 2.The diameter of the lesion is 1-3cm; 3.The patient voluntarily accepts surgical treatment; 4.Clinical data is complete.

排除标准：

1.存在感染； 2.肿瘤高度疑似恶变； 3.乳腺手术史； 4.凝血功能异常； 5.女性处于妊娠或者哺乳阶段； 6.主要脏器功能不全。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Presence of infection; 2.The tumor is highly suspected of malignant transformation; 3. History of breast surgery; 4. Abnormal coagulation function; 5. Women are in the stage of pregnancy or lactation; 6. Primary organ dysfunction.
