研究目的:

建立基于弱标注的多模态眼底影像人工智能报告生成模型,实现可解释的多眼底病、多模态影像分析、诊断及治疗决策自动报告的系统。对眼底病变的临床及影像学特征,构建可解释的特征融合网络,有望抽提可早期预测多种眼底病变发生及进展的新的影像学标志物,最终在真实临床数据中进行验证,进一步为难治性眼底病变的分子机制探索提供可能方向,也可能为眼底病变的精准防治提供新思路。  

Objectives of Study:

To establish a multimodal fundus image report generation model to realize an interpretable system for multiple fundus diseases, multimodal image analysis, diagnosis, and treatment decision automatic reporting based on weakly labeled training data. To construct an interpretable feature fusion network for the clinical and imaging features of fundus lesions, and hopefully extract new imaging markers that can predict the occurrence and progression of various fundus lesions at an early stage, and ultimately verify them in real clinical data, further providing possible directions for exploring the molecular mechanisms of refractory fundus lesions, and may also provide new ideas for the precise prevention and treatment of fundus lesions.

纳入标准:

1.①病变组 2011 年 1 月至 2023 年 12 月进行检查的所有含有眼底病变的多模态眼底检查图像,包括眼底照相、以及 OCT, OCTA, FFA, ICGA、 B 超和对应的影像学报告,包括清晰和不清晰的图片,以及完整或不完整的报告。
2.②正常组 2011 年 1 月至 2023 年 12 月进行检查的所有不含有眼底病变的多模态眼底检查图像,包括眼底照相、以及 OCT, OCTA, FFA, ICGA、 B 超和对应的影 像学报告,包括清晰和不清晰的图片,以及完整或不完整的报告。

Inclusion criteria

1.① Disease group: All multimodal fundus examination images containing fundus lesions, examined from January 2011 to December 2023, including fundus photography, as well as OCT, OCTA, FFA, ICGA, B-ultrasound and corresponding imaging reports. Images could be either clear or unclear, reports are either complete or incomplete.
2.② Normal group: All multimodal fundus examination images without fundus lesions, examined from January 2011 to December 2023, including fundus photography, as well as OCT, OCTA, FFA, ICGA, B-ultrasound and corresponding imaging reports. Images could be either clear or unclear, reports are either complete or incomplete.

排除标准:

数据提取严格按中山眼科中心要求进行。收集到的数据将分类储存于眼科中心本地硬盘及上传眼科中心服务器加密备份保存,由课题组专人负责统一管理。授权的院外合作人员在获得主要研究者及数据库管理人员许可后方可访问相关的研究数据。接收方访问的数据已进行统一的匿名化处理,数据名称为匿名后的编号,不包含患者姓名等个人敏感信息,保护患者的隐私。数据仅用于进行课题相关的模型训练和数据分析,并对数据安全进行严格保护,依法依规签署合作及数据保护协议,不外传第三方使用。

Data extraction is strictly carried out in accordance with the requirements of Zhongshan Ophthalmic Center. The collected data will be classified and stored on the local hard disk of Zhongshan Ophthalmic Center and uploaded to the server of Zhongshan Ophthalmic Center for encrypted backup and storage, and will be managed by a dedicated person from the research team. Authorized external collaborators can access relevant research data only after obtaining permission from the principal investigator and database manager. The data accessed by the recipient has been uniformly anonymized, and the data name is the anonymized number, which does not contain personal sensitive information to protect the patient's privacy. The data is only used for model training and data analysis related to the project, and data security is strictly protected. Cooperation and data protection agreements are signed in accordance with laws and regulations, and the data will not be disclosed to third parties for use.
