研究目的：

（1）探讨非侵入式脑机接口鼠标系统对MND双上肢功能受损患者功能替代的有效性；（2）探讨功能替代后对其心理状态调节的有效性；（3）探讨功能替代后对照顾者负担及患者个体生活质量的有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To explore the effectiveness of a non-invasive brain-computer interface mouse system for functional substitution in patients with impaired functionality of both upper limbs in motor neuron disease (MND); (2) To explore the effectiveness of functional substitution in regulating their psychological state; and (3) To explore the effectiveness of functional substitution in terms of caregiver burden and the quality of life of individual patients.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

2024年10月至2025年10月间就诊于北京大学第三医院的运动神经元病（MND）患者，满足1998年修订的ALS El Escorial诊断标准；年龄18-70周岁；FRS-R>24分（其中上肢功能评分≤4，对应量表4-7题）；同意并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Patients diagnosed with motor neuron disease (MND) at Peking University Third Hospital between October 2024 and October 2025, meeting the revised 1998 ALS El Escorial diagnostic criteria; aged 18 to 70 years; with an FRS-R score greater than 24 (with upper limb function score ≤ 4, corresponding to items 4-7 on the scale); and who agree to and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

伴其它中枢神经系统疾病史，如脑血管病、帕金森综合征等，及精神疾病史、头外伤史；伴有额颞叶变性，无法配合使用设备者；同时参与其他临床研究；不能理解及配合本临床研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with a history of other central nervous system diseases, such as cerebrovascular disease or Parkinson's syndrome, as well as a history of psychiatric disorders or head trauma; patients with frontotemporal degeneration who are unable to cooperate with the use of the equipment; patients concurrently participating in other clinical studies; and those who are unable to comprehend or cooperate with this clinical study.
