研究目的：

通过利用磁共振新序列对肾肿瘤患者进行无创扫描获得新参数，从而对肾肿瘤进行更好评估，帮助临床对患者进行治疗及预后管理  

Objectives of Study：

By using the new magnetic resonance sequence to obtain new parameters for non-invasive scanning of kidney tumor patients, so as to better evaluate kidney tumor and help clinical treatment and prognosis management of patients

纳入标准：

通过CT明确为肾肿瘤的患者

Inclusion criteria

Patients with renal tumors confirmed by CT

排除标准：

1.存在严重的急性并发症或病情不稳定的患者。 2.在过去五年内患有其他原发性恶性肿瘤。 3.由于认知障碍、精神疾病等原因无法配合完成MRI检查的患者。 4.体内有金属植入物或其他MRI禁忌症的患者。 5.肿瘤已手术切除 6.未签署知情同意书的患者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with severe acute complications or unstable condition. 2. Other primary malignancies within the past five years. 3. Patients who are unable to cooperate with the completion of MRI examination due to cognitive impairment, mental illness, etc. 4. Patients with metal implants or other contraindications to MRI in the body. 5. The tumor has been surgically removed 6.Patients who have not signed the informed consent form
