研究目的:

IDRA工具是基于文献证据提出的种植体周病风险预测工具,评估其在我国牙周炎患者中的预测可靠性并酌情加以改良,有利于临床医生在工作中更好地运用此工具,加强与患者的沟通,对于种植体周病的防治具有重要的现实意义。 本研究拟以中国牙周炎患者为样本,评估IDRA工具在预测我国接受种植治疗的患者中发生种植体周病风险的可靠性。同时结合群体特点,改良IDRA工具以提高临床预测效率。填补国内外相关研究领域的空白。  

Objectives of Study:

IDRA tool is a risk prediction tool for peri-implant disease proposed based on literature evidence. Evaluating its prediction reliability in periodontitis patients in China and improving it as appropriate is helpful for clinicians to better use this tool in their work and strengthen communication with patients, which has important practical significance for the prevention and treatment of peri-implant disease. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the reliability of the IDRA tool in predicting the risk of peri-implant disease in patients receiving implant therapy in China. At the same time, combined with the characteristics of the population, the IDRA tool was improved to improve the clinical prediction efficiency. Fill the gaps in related research fields at home and abroad.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

1.①年龄≥18岁;②临床诊断为牙周炎;③口内至少存在1颗功能负重时间≥5年的种植修复体;④可获得种植修复后1年内和最近一次随访时的全口牙周及种植体周检查表及种植体平行投照根尖片。

Inclusion criteria

1.① Age ≥18 years old;
2.② The clinical diagnosis was periodontitis;
3.(3) At least one implant in the mouth with a functional time ≥5 years;
4.(4) Full oral periodontal and peri-implant examination and parallel apical films can be obtained within 1 year after implant restoration and at the latest follow-up.

排除标准:

1.①未在牙周科进行牙周系统治疗的患者;②接受种植支持式覆盖义齿修复的患者。

Exclusion criteria:

1.① Patients who did not receive systemic periodontal treatment in the periodontal department;
2.② Patients receiving implant supported overdenture restoration.
