1.探讨缺血性心脏病患者运动锻炼决策困境现状及变化趋势； 2.分析决策困境与患者身体活动之间的关系。  

Objectives of Study：

1.To explore the prevalence and trajectory of decisional conflicts related to physical activity in patients with ischemic heart disease; 2.To analyze the associations between decisional conflict and physical activity.

纳入标准：

1.纳入标准： （1）年龄≥18 岁； （2）符合内科学第9版中缺血性心脏病的诊断标准[3]； （3）面临运动锻炼决策； （4）沟通和理解能力正常，能够配合完成本研究。

Inclusion criteria

1. Inclusion criteria (1)Age≥18 years; (2)diagnosed with Ischemic Heart Disease; (3)Facing with decisions related to physical activity; (4)Normal communication and understanding abilities.

排除标准：

2.排除标准： （1）急性发作期； （2）伴有严重并发症； （3）有运动禁忌症； （4）具有影响调查进行的视力、听力障碍者；

Exclusion criteria：

2. Exclusion criteria (1) Acute states that are not controlled (2) Accompanied by serious complications; (3) contraindications to exercise; (4) Serious visual or hearing impairments
