研究目的：

描述慢性心力衰竭患者家庭照护者的共情疲乏水平及其相关因素；分析共情疲乏与共情满意、社会支持、照顾负担的相关性；分析家庭照护者共情疲乏的潜类别及影响因素。  

Objectives of Study：

To describe the level of compassion fatigue among family caregivers of patients with chronic heart failure; to explore the main correlates of their compassion fatigue. To analyse the relationship between compassion fatigue and compassion satisfaction, social support and caregiver burden; and to analyse the latent categories of compassion fatigue and factors influencing it among family caregivers.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）慢性心力衰竭患者：①根据中国心力衰竭诊断和治疗指南（2018）[21]，明确诊断为慢性心力衰竭，②NYHA心功能Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ级，③年龄≥18岁，④病程≥3个月； （2）慢性心力衰竭疾病患者家庭照护者：①年龄≥18岁，②且照护患者最长时间的家庭照护者，提供照护帮助≥3个月，③无偿为患有慢性心力衰竭的家庭成员提供照护支持；④认知、语言功能正常；⑤意识清楚、知情同意自愿参加本研究的。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Patients with chronic heart failure: (1) diagnosed with chronic heart failure according to the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Heart Failure (2018) [21], (2) NYHA cardiac function class II., III., IV., (3) age ≥ 18 years old, (4) disease course ≥ 3 months; (2) Family caregivers of patients with chronic heart failure diseases: (1) family caregivers who are ≥ 18 years old, (2) and have cared for the patient for the longest time, provide care assistance for ≥ 3 months, and (3) provide care support for family members with chronic heart failure free of charge; (4) Normal cognitive and language functions; (5) Those who are conscious and have informed consent to voluntarily participate in this study.

排除标准：

（1）有严重的语言、听力、视力、认知及阅读障碍，以及无法配合完成问卷调查的家庭照护者；（2）拒绝参与本研究。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Family caregivers with severe speech, hearing, visual, cognitive, and reading impairments, as well as family caregivers who were unable to cooperate in completing the questionnaire; and (2) those who refused to participate in this study.
