研究目的：

本研究拟纳入我院发热门诊就诊的新冠重症高危人群构建临床队列，利用多体征感知设备采集患者的多维生命体征数据，通过对该人群进行全病程动态监测和远程管理，建立新冠重症高危人群生命体征数据库。融合其他相关临床数据，建立新冠重症高风险人群的重症发生预测模型并进行验证。基于该模型，构建新冠重症高危人群的智慧化管理体系，对于重症高危风险患者通过医院管理中心早期远程干预，实现患者的智能化全病程管理，降低新冠重症及危重症高危人群的发生率及病死率。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, we propose to build a clinical cohort by including the high-risk group of new coronary artery disease patients attending the fever clinic of our hospital, and to collect the multidimensional vital sign data of the patients by using the multisign perception equipment, and to establish a database of vital signs of the high-risk group of new coronary artery disease patients through the whole course of the dynamic monitoring and remote management of this population. By integrating other related clinical data, a model for predicting the occurrence of serious illnesses in the high-risk group of new coronary artery disease was established and validated. Based on this model, an intelligent management system for the new crown disease high-risk group will be constructed, and early remote intervention will be carried out for the patients with high risk of critical illness through the hospital management center, so as to realize the intelligent management of the whole course of the patients, and to reduce the incidence rate and the death rate of the new crown disease and the critically ill high-risk group.

纳入标准：

研究对象：新型冠状病毒感染重症高危人群（满足以下任意一条入组标准） （1）年龄≥65岁的老年人； （2）有心脑血管疾病（含高血压）、慢性肺部疾病、糖尿病、慢性肝脏、肾脏疾病、肿瘤等基础疾病以及维持性透析患者； （3）免疫功能缺陷（如艾滋病患者、长期使用皮质类固醇或其他免疫抑制药物导致免疫功能減退状态）； （4）肥胖者[体重指数（body mass index，BMI）大于30]； （5）晚期妊娠及围产期妇女； （6）重度吸烟者。

Inclusion criteria

Study population: people at high risk of severe illness from novel coronavirus infection (meeting any of the following enrollment criteria) (1) Elderly people aged ≥65 years; (2) Having cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases (including hypertension), chronic lung diseases, diabetes mellitus, chronic liver and kidney diseases, tumors and other underlying diseases as well as maintenance dialysis patients; (3) Immunodeficiency (e.g. AIDS patients, long-term use of corticosteroids or other immunosuppressive drugs leading to immunodeficiency) (4) Obese patients [body mass index (BMI) greater than 30]; (5) Late pregnancy and perinatal women; (6) Heavy smokers.

(1) Patients who are unable to follow the study protocol, including those with mental illnesses, etc. (2) Those who refuse to sign the informed consent form.
