探索亚急诊游离皮瓣移植在治疗四肢III°开放性骨折的临床应用及效果  

Objectives of Study：

Exploratory Study on the Clinical Application and Efficacy of Sub-acute Free Flap Transplantation in the Treatment of Type III Open Fractures of the Limbs

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

对于四肢III°开放性骨折，进行不同时间的创面覆盖，选择最佳的治疗方案。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

For open fractures of extremities at III°, wound coverage at different times was performed to select the best treatment plan. 

纳入标准：

1.大于18周岁； 2.骨折为四肢III°开放性骨折； 3.同意参与本临床研究并可以按时完成随访。 4. 能完成临床随访，书面知情，参加该临床实验。

Inclusion criteria

1. Over 18 years of age; 2. The fracture is a Type III open fracture of the limbs; 3. Consent to participate in this clinical study and can complete follow-ups on time. 4. Capable of completing clinical follow-ups, providing written informed consent, and participating in the clinical trial.

排除标准：

1.既往有类似骨折史 2.合并严重内科疾病 3. 病理性骨折

Exclusion criteria：

1. History of similar fractures in the past 2. Concurrent severe internal medical diseases 3. Pathological fractures
