研究目的：

通过回顾性真实世界研究，分析尿路上皮癌患者接受内镜下冷冻消融治疗的治疗效果，同时了解接受尿路上皮肿瘤手术的患者对于这种手术方式的偏好。  

Objectives of Study：

Through retrospective real-world research, analyze the therapeutic effect of endoscopic cryoablation therapy on patients with urothelial carcinoma, and understand the preferences of patients undergoing urothelial tumor surgery for this surgical approach.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）患者在2019年1月 – 2024年5月间于复旦大学附属华山医院临床诊断为膀胱癌或肾盂输尿管癌； （2）患者组织学诊断为尿路上皮癌（允许任何百分比的组织学变异）； （3）年龄18 - 85岁，男女不限； （4）参与临床试验的患者（前提是试验结果已经公布）、按照标准治疗程序接受治疗的患者以及使用内镜下冷冻消融治疗的联合治疗方案的患者都被纳入研究范围；

Inclusion criteria

(1) From January 2019 to May 2024, the patient was clinically diagnosed as bladder cancer or renal pelvis and ureter cancer in Huashan Hospital affiliated to Fudan University; (2) The patient's histological diagnosis is urothelial carcinoma (allowing for any percentage of histological variation); (3) Age range: 18-85 years old, male or female not limited; (4) Patients participating in clinical trials (provided that the trial results have been published), patients receiving treatment according to standard treatment procedures, and patients receiving combination therapy using endoscopic cryoablation are all included in the study scope;

排除标准：

（1）患者未接受手术治疗； （2）患者的临床病理资料不完整； （3）患者拒绝自身临床资料应用于本次临床研究的分析； （4）患者术后病理排除尿路上皮癌诊断； （5）研究者认为不适宜参加本次研究的其他情况。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) The patient did not receive surgical treatment; (2) The patient's clinical and pathological data is incomplete; (3) The patient refused to use their own clinical data for the analysis of this clinical study; (4) The patient's postoperative pathology ruled out the diagnosis of urothelial carcinoma; (5) Researchers believe that there are other situations that are not suitable for participation in this study.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

本实验所有数据均来自复旦大学附属华山医院泌尿外科电子档案。随访结果的数据录入与修改由研究者完成，随访中任何结果均应及时、正确、完整、清晰、规范、真实地录入数据库中。 所有数据均录入病例报告表（CRF）。 本研究所有受试者信息必须严格保密，参与研究及在研究中的个人资料均属保密范围。受试者信息和数据将以研究编号数据而非姓名加以标识。可以识别其身份的信息将不会透露给研究小组以外的成员，除非获得受试者的许可。所有研究成员都被要求对受试者的身份保密。确保研究按规定进行，必要时，政府管理部门或伦理审查委员会成员按规定可在研究单位查阅受试者的个人资料。这项研究结果发表时，将不会披露受试者的任何个人资料。 本研究小组所有成员都被要求对研究数据保密，不得未经主要研究者许可将研究数据告知本研究小组以外的成员，不得未经医院许可将研究数据转与外单位，不得未经国家人类遗传办公室批准许可，将涉及人类遗传资源的研究数据转与国外单位，或含外资的国内单位。但正常情况下符合法规要求的研究结果发表除外。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

All data in this experiment were obtained from the electronic archives of the Department of Urology at Huashan Hospital affiliated with Fudan University. The data entry and modification of follow-up results shall be completed by the researcher, and any results obtained during follow-up shall be promptly, correctly, completely, clearly, standardly, and truthfully entered into the database. All data were entered into the Case Report Form (CRF). All participant information in this study must be strictly kept confidential, and personal data related to participation in the study and during the study are within the scope of confidentiality. Subject information and data will be identified by study number data rather than names. Information that can identify their identity will not be disclosed to members outside the research team unless permission is obtained from the subjects. All research members are required to keep the identities of the subjects confidential. Ensure that the research is conducted in accordance with regulations, and if necessary, government regulatory departments or members of ethics review committees may access the personal information of participants at the research institution in accordance with regulations. When the results of this study are published, no personal information of the subjects will be disclosed. All members of this research group are required to keep the research data confidential. They are not allowed to disclose the research data to members outside the research group without the permission of the main researcher, transfer the research data to external units without the permission of the hospital, or transfer research data related to human genetic resources to foreign units or domestic units with foreign investment without the approval of the National Human Genetics Office. Except for the publication of research results that meet regulatory requirements under normal circumstances.
