研究目的:

主要目的:(1)明确增强无结双排技术较传统缝线桥技术能否降低肩袖损伤修补术后再撕裂率。(2)验证关节镜下增强无结双排技术不会影响肩袖修补术后的临床疗效。 次要目的:(1)验证增强无结双排技术较传统缝线桥技术是否能减少术中锚钉使用数量以及降低住院费用。(2)验证增强无结双排技术较传统缝线桥技术不会影响术后肩关节活动度及患者满意度。  

Objectives of Study:

The main objectives : (1) To determine whether High-resistant knotless double-row technique can reduce the re-tear rate of rotator cuff repair compared with the traditional suture-bridge technique. (2) To verify that arthroscopic High-resistant knotless double-row technique does not affect the clinical efficacy of rotator cuff repair. Secondary objectives: (1) To verify whether the High-resistant knotless double-row technique can reduce the number of anchors and hospitalization costs compared with the traditional suture-bridge technique. (2) To verify that the High-resistant knotless double-row technique does not affect the postoperative shoulder range of motion and patient satisfaction compared with the traditional suture-bridge technique.

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

1) 患者年龄:50岁-80岁。 2)肩袖全层损伤,1cm≤撕裂大小≤3cm,保守治疗无效。 3)签署知情同意书。 4)肩袖脂肪浸润不超过Goutallier 3级。 5)初次行关节镜下肩袖修补手术。 6)术前CSA测量小于35o。

Inclusion criteria

1) Age of patients: 50-80 years old. 2) Full-thickness rotator cuff injury, 1cm≤ tear size ≤3cm, and conservative treatment is ineffective. 3) Signed informed consent. 4) The fatty infiltration of rotator cuff did not exceed Goutallier grade 3. 5) Primary arthroscopic rotator cuff repair. 6) Preoperative CSA measurement less than 35o.

排除标准:

1)合并肩部骨折、肩关节脱位者。 2)合并肩关节感染、盂肱关节骨性关节炎等改变。 3)智力低下或其他原因导致患者行为能力异常。 4)单独的肩胛下肌损伤。 5)不可修复性肩袖。

Exclusion criteria:

1) Combined with shoulder fracture or shoulder dislocation. 2) Combined with shoulder joint infection, glenohumeral joint osteoarthritis and other changes. 3) Mental retardation or other reasons lead to abnormal behavioral ability of patients. 4) Isolated subscapularis muscle injury. 5) Irreparable rotator cuff.

本研究采用中心分层区组随机,随机分配编码由统计学专业人员在计算机上模拟产生,给定种子数(seed),采用R统计软件产生随机数字表,随机信息采用不可见信封进行隐匿封存。研究者将中心号以及入组受试者信息汇报给随机人员,随机人员根据中心分层,按入组先后顺序拆信开不可见信封,将随机信息给该研究者,完成随机。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method):

The randomization code was generated by a statistician on a computer. Given the seed number (seed), the R statistical software was used to generate a random number table. The investigator reported the center number and the information of the enrolled subjects to the randomization personnel, who then opened the letter and opened the invisible envelope according to the order of enrollment, stratified according to center, and gave the randomization information to the investigator to complete randomization.
