研究目的：

比较新技术项目使用的一期眶壁减压手术联合斜视矫正手术与传统的分阶段手术治疗甲状腺相关性眼病患者斜视的有效性和安全性  

Objectives of Study：

Comparing the efficacy and safety of a one-stage orbital wall decompression procedure combined with strabismus correction surgery used in a new technology program versus traditional staged surgery for the treatment of strabismus in patients with thyroid-associated ophthalmopathy

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.诊断为TAO； 2.继发于TAO的眼球运动受限； 3.术前至少3个月斜视程度稳定； 4.术前至少6个月甲状腺功能稳定； 5.处于疾病的非活动期（CAS评分≤3/7分）；

Inclusion criteria

1) a diagnosis of TAO; 2) age ≥18 years; 3) limited eye movement secondary to TAO; 4) stable degree of strabismus for at least 3 months prior to surgery; 5) stable thyroid function for at least 6 months prior to surgery;

排除标准：

1.斜视是由其他任何因素造成的； 2.既往曾接受过眼睑或眼眶手术； 3.甲状腺功能不稳定； 4.需要紧急接受眶手术的重点TAO患者（视神经受累、角膜溃疡）； 5.身体情况不允许接受手术治疗的患者，如妊娠期/哺乳期妇女、精神病病史、药物成瘾史等；

Exclusion criteria：

1) the strabismus is caused by any other factor; 2) previous eyelid or orbital surgery; 3) unstable thyroid function; 4) Priority TAO patients requiring urgent orbital surgery (optic nerve involvement, corneal ulcers); 5)Patients whose physical condition does not allow them to undergo surgical treatment, such as pregnant/nursing women, history of mental illness, history of drug addiction, etc;

由研究者（病案管理师，非手术医生非复查检查医生）使用计算机生成的随机数来分配参与者到不同的组。使用Excel的 RAND() 函数或来生成随机数。患者根据顺序住院后分配的随机数决定其分组情况。

Computer-generated random numbers were used by the investigator (case manager, non-surgeon non-review examiner) to assign participants to different groups. Excel's RAND() function or was used to generate the random numbers. Patients were assigned random numbers based on sequential hospitalization to determine their grouping.

盲法：

所有人都不知道患者的具体分组，直到手术室中拆开信封后，主刀医生才知道患者的具体分组情况。术后病人的检查人员、数据登记人员和实验数据分析人员是不同的群体，在这几个阶段进行了全面的把控，避免任何一个过程中可能知晓分组而产生的偏倚。

Blinding：

Everyone was unaware of the patient's specific grouping until after the envelope was opened in the operating room, when the attending surgeon was made aware of the patient's specific grouping. The postoperative patient examiners, data registrars, and laboratory data analysts were different groups, and comprehensive controls were performed at these stages to avoid any bias that might have arisen from knowing the grouping during any of these processes.
