Relationship between degree of HLA epitope matching and platelet transfusion effect

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

—年龄18-65岁； —再生障碍性贫血（AA）、骨髓增生异常综合征（MDS）、急性髓系白血并（AML）等患者； —病人签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

- Age 18-65 years old; - Patients with aplastic anemia (AA), myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS), acute myeloid leukaemia (AML), etc. - Patient signs informed consent.

排除标准：

—脾大患者； —近期接受抗胸腺细胞球蛋白治疗的患者； —孕妇或哺乳期患者； —不能给予知情同意或遵守实验方案的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

- Patients with splenomegaly; - Patients who have recently received antithymocyte globulin therapy; - Pregnant or nursing patients; - Patients who cannot give informed consent or comply with experimental protocols.
