研究目的：

通过床旁超声监测不同被动运动方式对重症患者PICC置管肢体血液流速的影响，以减少重症患者PICC置管后血栓发生  

Objectives of Study：

In order to reduce the occurrence of thrombosis after PICC catheterization in critically ill patients, the effects of different passive movement modes on the blood flow rate of PICC catheterization limbs in critically ill patients were monitored by bedside ultrasound

纳入标准：

①在我院行PICC导管插管术和导管维护的上肢无自主活动的重症患者；②预期存活期超过4周；③签署知情同意书的患者

Inclusion criteria

①Patients with upper limb paralysis who have undergone PICC catheter insertion and maintenance in our hospital; ②Patients with an expected survival time of more than 4 weeks; ③Patients who have signed an informed consent form.

排除标准：

①凝血病患者；②因基础疾病需要抗凝药物的患者；③有血栓栓形成史的患者；④以及拒绝参加研究的患者。 退出标准：①导管维护中断的患者；②其他原因计划外拔管；③因病情加重动放弃治疗或死亡的患者；④因其他原因退出研究的患者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with coagulation disorders; 2. Patients who require anticoagulant drugs due to underlying conditions; 3. Patients with a history of thromboembolism; 4. And patients who refuse to participate in the study. Withdrawal criteria: 1. Patients whose catheter maintenance is interrupted; 2. Other reasons for unplanned catheter removal; 3. Patients who abandon treatment or die due to deterioration of their condition; 4. Patients who withdraw from the study for other reasons.

从30mmHg压力开始治疗，通过超声观察以置管侧腋静脉血流速度达置管前水平为目标，每次调整10mmHg的梯度逐步调节治疗压力，每次持续30min
