To promote maternal and child health service utilization in Liangshan, Sichuan through a comprehensive intervention, and to evaluate the potential effects of the intervention.

纳入标准：

1.新怀孕孕妇； 2.凉山居民；3.自愿参加本干预并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Newly pregnant women; 2. Liangshan residents; 3. Those who are willing to take part in the experiment voluntarily and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

1.非孕产妇； 2.非凉山居民；3.每年新孕妇人数少于150人乡镇孕妇

Exclusion criteria：

1. Not pregnant women or puerpera; 2. Not Liangshan residents; 3. Pregnant women in counties where the number of new pregnant women last year was less than 150.

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

每个乡镇医院的服务社区作为随机化的群组。喜德县和越西县的乡镇医院将被纳入研究。一名不参与干预的开发和实施的独立统计人员，将使用计算机随机数表分配各乡镇干预措施。随机数表中对应数字从小到大为前9个数字的9个乡镇孕妇为干预组，对应数字从小到大为第10-18个数字的9个乡镇孕妇为对照组。干预组与对照组之间的分配比例为1:1。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

The unit of randomization is the community, defined as the catchment area of a single township hospital. Township hospitals in Xide and Yuexi counties will be included unless. An independent statistician, uninvolved in intervention development and implementation, will use a computerised random number generator to allocate the intervention across towns. The pregnant women from 9 towns corresponding to the first 9 numbers in the random number table, arranged in ascending order, were assigned to the intervention group. The pregnant women from 9 towns corresponding to the numbers ranked 10th to 18th in the random number table were assigned to the control group. The allocation ratio between intervention and control groups will be 1:1.

Blinding：

To maintain blinding, data collection personnel will not be informed of the allocation. Participants and healthcare providers will be instructed not to reveal the allocation status to data collectors, who will be assigned to towns without personal affiliations. Data analytes will be blinded to the allocation. Participants and healthcare providers will not be blinded to the intervention.
