研究目的：

大部分先心病患儿需在体外循环辅助下行心内直视手术。目前体外循环所用动、静脉管道均为塑料材质，因此体外循环操作可能使得大量微塑料颗粒直接进入患儿血液循环，进而引起损伤。目前尚缺乏相关研究探索体外循环是否增加了儿童血液中微塑料的暴露。因此，我们亟需进行前瞻性队列研究，探究体外循环前后儿童血液循环中微塑料水平，明确体外循环对儿童血液循环中微塑料水平的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

The majority of patients with congenital heart diseases require intracardiac operations and cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB). The current CPB procedure mainly uses plastic materials, which may increase the risks of introducing massive microplastics into the bloodstream. There is no related evidence that shows whether CPB increases exposure to microplastics. Therefore, we aim to perform a prospective cohort study to investigate the pre- and post-CPB levels of microplastic in children's venous blood.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.术前专科心脏彩超或心脏大血管增强CT诊断为先心病，并需体外循环手术修补的患儿；
2.之前未接受过体外循环先心病矫治手术；
3.年龄为0-8岁；

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients with diagnosis of CHD confirmed by cardiac echocardiogram or enhanced chest CT scan and require CPB procedure;
2.Patients have no prior history of CHD repair;
3.Age between 0 to 8 years of age;

排除标准：

1.既往接受过体外循环手术修补，拟再次行体外循环手术修补的患儿；
2.存在绝对手术禁忌症；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients have prior CHD repair with CPB procedure;
2.Severe conditions contraindiates operations;
