研究目的：

分析结肠镜进镜时间的独立影响因素及与腺瘤检出率的关系，探究不同进镜时间的结肠镜适宜退镜时间，提高结肠镜检查整体质量并提供理论和临床指导。  

Objectives of Study：

To analyze the independent influencing factors of colonoscopy entry time and its relationship with the detection rate of adenoma, to explore the appropriate withdrawal time of colonoscopy with different entry times, to improve the overall quality of colonoscopy and provide theoretical and clinical guidance.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄45-75岁；
2.签署知情同意书；
3.肠道准备评分≥6；

Inclusion criteria

1.age 45-75 years;
2.signed informed consent;
3.bowel preparation ≥6;

排除标准：

1.盲肠未到达者；
2.炎症性肠病病例；
3.结直肠癌病例；
4.结直肠切除术患者；
5.家族性腺瘤性息肉病病例；
6.存在其他系统恶性肿瘤；

Exclusion criteria：

1.inability to reach the cecum;
2.inflammatory bowel disease;
3.Colorectal cancer;
4.patients undergoing colorectal resection;
5.familial adenomatous polyposis;
6.Presence of other systemic malignancies;
