验证一种新型骨修复材料的小样本临床预试验研究--丝氨酸修饰明胶海绵用于口腔及颌面内组织修复的安全性和有效性  

Objectives of Study：

A small sample pre-clinical trial study to validate the safety and efficacy of a novel bone repair material, serine modified gelatin sponge, for oral and maxillofacial tissue repair

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄在18-50岁之间，性别不限；（2）因重度牙周炎需要拔除的患牙;探诊深度>6mm;附着丧失≥5 mm;牙槽骨吸收超过根长的1/2;后牙有Ⅱ度及以上根分叉病变；（3）至少剩余2个骨壁,骨壁的剩余高度≥3mm；（4）可以保证术后4个随访点完整（术后1月、3月、6月、1年）；（5）至少存在一颗邻牙；（6）经过牙周基础治疗,能够保持良好的口腔卫生状况.患者均同意参加实验,已签署知情同意书；（7）无明显手术禁忌者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age between 18 and 50 years old, regardless of gender; (2) Affected teeth that need to be removed due to severe periodontitis; Probing depth >6mm; Loss of attachment ≥5 mm; Alveolar bone resorption exceeds 1/2 root length; The posterior teeth had root bifurcation lesions of degree Ⅱ and above. (3) There are at least 2 remaining bone walls, and the remaining height of the bone wall is ≥3mm; (4) The four follow-up points can be guaranteed to be complete (1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year after surgery); (5) The presence of at least one adjacent tooth; (6) After periodontal basic treatment, can maintain good oral health condition. All patients agreed to participate in the experiment and have signed informed consent; (7) Patients with no obvious surgical contraindications.

排除标准：

（1）过敏体质；（2）患牙处于急性感染期；（3）有全身系统性疾病或传染病史；（4）长期服用皮质类固醇,非甾体类抗炎药及双磷酸盐等影响骨代谢的相关药物；（5）患者在怀孕或备孕期间；（6）有头颈部放疗史；（7）不能保证按时治疗，未能合作者；（8）出现了对试验结果有影响的疾病；（9）心理疾病患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Allergic constitution; (2) The affected tooth is in the acute infection stage; (3) Have a history of systemic disease or infection; (4) Long-term use of corticosteroids, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, bisphosphonates and other related drugs that affect bone metabolism; (5) The patient is pregnant or preparing for pregnancy; (6) History of head and neck radiotherapy; (7) can not guarantee timely treatment, no partner; (8) There is a disease that has an impact on the test results; (9) Patients with mental illness.
