研究目的：

1.1总结老年患者鼻饲模式的最佳证据。 1.2基于JBI证据实践模式，将老年患者鼻饲模式的最佳证据进行临床转化，优化老年患者鼻饲管理。  

Objectives of Study：

1.1 To summarise the best evidence for nasal feeding patterns in older patients. 1.2 Optimise the management of nasal feeding in older patients by clinically translating the best evidence for nasal feeding patterns in older patients based on the JBI evidence-based practice model.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

纳入标准：年龄≥60岁；留置胃管；病情稳定；以匀浆膳为基本能量来源（占摄入的50%以上）糖尿病患者在胰岛素或降糖药控制下血糖稳定。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: age ≥60 years; indwelling gastrostomy tube; stable condition; homogenised meal as basic energy source (more than 50% of intake) Diabetic patients with stable blood glucose under insulin or hypoglycaemic drug control.

排除标准：

(1)出院时伴有严重内分泌代谢疾病，严重肝肾功能不全， (2)近1个月内静脉使用脂肪乳、氨基酸、白蛋白；

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Discharged with severe endocrine-metabolic disease, severe hepatic and renal insufficiency, (2) Intravenous use of fat milk, amino acids, and albumin in the last 1 month;
