研究目的：

利用动脉自旋标记探究帕金森病认知功能障碍局部均值归一化脑血流量的改变，评估局部均值归一化脑血流量有变化的脑区与认知功能的关系，验证局部均值归一化脑血流量能否作为帕金森病早期认知功能损伤的生物学指标。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the regional mean-normalized cerebral blood flow (rCBF) changes in Parkinson's disease (PD) cognitive dysfunction using arterial spin labeling (ASL), to assess the relationship between rCBF changes and cognitive function, and to validate whether rCBF can be used as a biological indicator of cognitive impairment in the early stage of Parkinson's disease.

纳入标准：

患者组： 1.符合英国脑库关于帕金森的诊断标准和MDS提出的非痴呆帕金森患者诊断标准； 2.年龄为55-80岁 3.MoCA量表分数＞20； 4.已经签署知情同意书。 对照组： 1.年龄为55-80岁 2.MoCA量表分数＞25； 3.无影响认知功能的疾病史，如谵妄、脑卒中、重度抑郁症等； 4.已经签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Patients group: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for Parkinson's disease of the British Brain Bank and the diagnostic criteria for non-dementia Parkinson's disease patients proposed by MDS; 2. Age between 55-80 years old 3. MoCA scale score > 20; 4. Informed consent has been signed. Control group: 1. Age between 55-80 years old 2. MoCA scale score > 25; 3. No history of diseases that affect cognitive function, such as delirium, stroke, severe depression, etc; 4. Informed consent has been signed.

排除标准：

存在磁共振检查禁忌症的患者

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with contraindications for magnetic resonance imaging
