研究目的：

本研究是在通过改良导管置入过程中的扩皮方法，是基于钝性皮肤扩张的原理，不会导致皮肤及皮下组织的损伤，依赖于皮肤的自身弹性，在撤出血管鞘后，皮肤将自主收缩，这将大大减少了皮肤的损伤、减轻患者疼痛、促进伤口愈合，减少置管后常见的穿刺点渗血、渗液等并发症。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, the method of skin expansion during catheter placement was improved to avoid the use of skin expansion knife and reduce the common problems of blood and fluid seepage at the puncture point after catheter placement.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄1-18 周岁；
2.符合 PICC 置管适应证；
3.置管方式为改良塞丁格技术的PICC置管术；
4.置管部位为肘部及肘上；
5.使用导管规格为3- 4Fr；
6.自愿参加本项调查研究；

Inclusion criteria

1.Age 1-18 years old;
2.It meets the PICC catheterization indication;
3.The catheterization method is PICC catheterization with modified Seidinger technique;
4.The place of tube placement is elbow and above elbow;
5.The catheter size is 3-4Fr;
6.Volunteer for this study;

排除标准：

1.有PICC置管相关禁忌证；
2.预计不能完成试验者，不愿配合者；
3.凝血功能异常；

Exclusion criteria：

1.There are contraindications related to PICC catheterization;
2.Those who are not expected to complete the experiment, those who are unwilling to cooperate;
3.Abnormal coagulation function;
