研究目的：

通过对比分析自体牙骨粉与异种骨在拔牙即种植手术中用于跳跃间隙植骨的效果，探讨自体牙骨粉在骨增量中的临床应用价值。  

Objectives of Study：

The clinical value of autogenous dental bone powder in bone augmentation was explored by comparing and analysing the effect of autogenous dental bone powder and allograft bone used for jump gap bone grafting in tooth extraction i.e. implant surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.已完成跳跃间隙植骨的患者； 2.年龄>18岁； 3.临床及影像学资料完整。

Inclusion criteria

1. patients who have completed a jump gap bone graft; 2. age > 18 years; 3. complete clinical and imaging data.

排除标准：

1.临床及影像学资料不完整； 2.术后失访患者； 3.手术前后6个月内有服用非甾体类抗炎药、皮质类固醇、四环素、双磷酸盐或者其他影响骨再生的药物者； 4.存在系统或局部的骨性疾病，如骨结核、骨炎、骨肿瘤、骨硬化症、骨软化症、严重骨质疏松等

Exclusion criteria：

1. incomplete clinical and imaging data; 2. Patients with lost visits after surgery; 3. Those who have taken non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, corticosteroids, tetracycline, bisphosphonates or other drugs that affect bone regeneration within 6 months before and after surgery; 4. the existence of systemic or local bone diseases, such as bone tuberculosis, osteitis, bone tumour, osteosclerosis, osteochondrosis, severe osteoporosis, etc.
