研究目的：

通过对白癜风患者的疾病自然史研究刻画我国目前白癜风患者的临床特征和疾病进展情况、采用的治疗措施和临床结局。  

Objectives of Study：

The study of the natural history of the disease in vitiligo patients portrays our current vitiligo patients' clinical characteristics and disease progression, therapeutic measures used, and clinical outcomes of patients with vitiligo.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥12 周岁，男女不限；
2.临床诊断为白癜风，在研究中心因白癜风首次就诊的日期在 2023 年 8 月 15 日（含）至 2023 年 10 月 15 日（含）之间；患者就诊日期在上述时间段内且在该就诊日期过去一年内未在研究中心有任何白癜风就诊记录的，也可纳入；
3.索引日期（首次就诊日期）的就诊信息可用于判断以下情形中至少一种：非 节段型/节段型/混合型/未定类型、进展期/稳定期、皮损面积（＜1%BSA，≥ 1%BSA 且≤5%BSA，≥6%且≤50%BSA，＞50%BSA）、受累部位；

Inclusion criteria

1.Age ≥12 years, male or female;
2.Clinical diagnosis of vitiligo, with the date of the first visit for vitiligo at the study centre between August 15, 2023 (inclusive) and October 15, 2023 (inclusive); patients with a visit date within the above timeframe and who have not had any vitiligo visits at the study centre within the past year of that visit date are also eligible for inclusion;
3.The consultation information on the index date (date of the first consultation) can be used to determine at least one of the following situations: non-segmental/segmental/mixed/unspecified type, progressive/stable stage, area of lesions (<1% BSA, ≥1% BSA and ≤5% BSA). 1% BSA and ≤5% BSA, ≥6% and ≤50% BSA, >50% BSA), and site of involvement;

排除标准：

1.患者患有其他皮肤色素脱失疾病（例如白色糠疹、单纯糠疹、贫血痣、斑驳 病、结缔组织疾病、炎症性色素脱失等）；
2.患者从索引日期前三个月至 2024 年 4 月 15 日期间参加其他临床研究；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patient has other skin pigmentation disorders (e.g., pityriasis alba, pityriasis simplex, anaemic nevus, pemphigus, connective tissue disorders, inflammatory pigmentation disorders, etc.);
2.The patient is enrolled in another clinical study between 3 months prior to the index date and 15 April 2024;
