研究目的：

采用随机对照临床试验，考察时间干扰电刺激作用于针对vmPFC θ / α节律对抑郁倾向个体抑郁症状的调控效果。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to conduct a randomized controlled trial to examine the effects of temporal interference stimulation targeting vmPFC θ/α rhythms on depressive symptoms among individuals with subthreshold depression.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

使用 Interferential Neuromodulation System HD-IFS（Soterix Medical, 美国）进行TI刺激。两对共4个直径约1.2 cm的氯化银圆形电极用于刺激脑区。第一对电极放置在Fp1和F5电极上，第二对电极放置在Fp2和AF8电极上。阻抗保持在10 kΩ以下。Alpha组采用2000Hz和2010Hz的差频电流，Theta组采用2000Hz和2005Hz的差频电流，调控时长为20分钟。伪刺激组采用2000Hz，其他设置与真实刺激一致，但仅在开始和结束的1分钟内有电流通过。两个通道的电流强度分布为0.85 mA和1.15 mA。TI干预共进行连续三天，每次干预后受试者需填写副作用评估问卷。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Temporal interference (TI) stimulation is conducted using the Interferential Neuromodulation System HD-IFS (Soterix Medical, USA). Two pairs of two round AgCl electrodes (12mm diameter) each allow for stimulation of brain areas. The first pair of electrodes is placed on electrodes Fp1 and F5. The second pair of electrodes is placed on electrodes Fp2 and AF8. Impedance is kept below 10 kΩ. Alpha TI is delivered the stimulation frequency difference of 10 Hz (2010 Hz – 2000 Hz) for 20 min. Theta TI is delivered the stimulation frequency difference of 5 Hz (2005 Hz – 2000 Hz) for 20 min. Sham TI is delivered at a stimulation frequency difference of 0 Hz (2000 Hz – 2000 Hz) for 1 minute during the first and last minute. The current intensity is 0.85 mA and 1.15 mA for each channel, respectively. The TI intervention is conducted over three consecutive days. Following the end of each session, participants are required to complete a questionnaire that evaluated adverse effects caused by TI. 

纳入标准：

1）抑郁倾向个体，流行病学调查抑郁量表（CES-D）分数 > 16 且贝克抑郁量表（BDI）得分 ≥ 10。 2）年龄在18至65岁之间，性别不限，所有参与者均需为右利手。 3）无癫痫、神经疾病或其他疾病史。 4）没有正在接受任何精神治疗或其他治疗。 5）在过去七天内未参与任何其他神经调控实验。 6）参与者同意参与此项目，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1)Individuals with subthreshold depression, with a CES-D score > 16 and a BDI score ≥ 10. 2)Aged between 18 and 65 years, regardless of gender, all participants must be right-handed. 3)No history of epilepsy, neurological diseases, or other medical conditions. 4)Not currently undergoing any psychiatric or other treatments. 5)Have not participated in any other neuromodulation experiments in the past seven days. 6)Participants must agree to participate in this study and sign an informed consent form.

有精神障碍疾病史，脑损伤史，神经系统疾病史，或者物质滥用的个体
