本研究旨在评估 AP 患者 NRBC 的水平与 AKI 的发生以及 AP 患者的预后之间的关系。  

Objectives of Study：

Our study set out to find out how well NRBC performed as early predictive tool for AKI and poor prognosis in patients with AP.

纳入标准：

2020年1月至2024年1月中南大学湘雅二医院收治的急性胰腺炎患者，研究中的所有患者均在入院时被诊断为 AP。

Inclusion criteria

The clinical and laboratory data of AP patients admitted to our hospital between January 2020 and January 2024 was collected and analyzed in this study.

排除标准：

(1) 年龄小于 18 岁；(2) 怀孕期间；(3) 以前患有血液疾病，包括血液肿瘤和其他血液疾病；(4) 患有慢性肾病、胰腺炎以外的其他因素导致的肾实质或肾间质损伤，或有肾移植史；(5) 医疗记录不完整或缺失；或 (6) 入院后 7 天内死亡或出院。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) less than 18 years old; (2) during pregnancy; (3)previous afflicted with blood disorders, including blood tumors and other blood disorders; (4) suffering from chronic kidney disease, renal parenchymal or interstitial injury due to factors other than pancreatitis or, a history of renal transplantation; (5)incomplete or missing medical records; or (6) death or discharge within 7 days of admission.
