探讨中性粒细胞/高密度脂蛋白比值与慢性完全冠状动脉闭塞后侧支循环形成的相关性  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate whether there was an association between neutrophil to high-density lipoprotein cholesterol ratio and poor coronary collateral circulation in patients with chronic total occlusion.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

左前降支、左回旋支或右冠状动脉中至少有一支血管直径狭窄狭窄100%且超过3月的冠心病患者

Inclusion criteria

Patients with total occlusion in at least one major coronary artery and duration of the complete occlusion in the coronary arteries was more than 3 months

排除标准：

（1）过去3个月内急性心肌梗死或急性冠状动脉综合征，（2）过去3个月中经皮冠状动脉介入治疗和/或冠状动脉旁路移植术，（3）严重心力衰竭（左心室射血分数，LVEF<40%），严重心脏瓣膜病或心肌病，（4）严重肝肾功能损害[估计肾小球滤过率（eGFR）<30 ml/min/1.73m2]，（6）严重感染性、全身炎症性、恶性或血液病。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Acute MI or acute coronary syndrome in the past 3 months, (2) Percutaneous coronary intervention and/or coronary artery bypass grafting in the previous 3 months, (3) Severe heart failure (left ventricular ejection fraction, LVEF < 40%), severe heart valve disease or cardiomyopathy, (4) Severe hepatic or renal impairment [estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) < 30 ml/min/1.73m2], (6) Severe infectious, systemic inflammatory, malignant or haematological disease.
