研究目的：

建立心梗后室壁瘤患者附壁血栓形成的危险分层模型，在此基础上对高危患者进行预防性抗凝治疗，并比较上述策略与传统治疗策略的安全性和有效性的差异.  

Objectives of Study：

To establish the risk stratification model of mural thrombus formation in patients with left ventricular aneurysm after myocardial infarction,give prophylactic anticoagulation therapy to high-risk patients by this model and compare the safety and effectiveness of above strategy and the traditional treatment strategy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

年龄小于80岁，既往明确心肌梗死病史，且心脏超声或CMR检查发现室壁瘤的患者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged <=80 years;
2. definite history of myocardial infarction;
3. ventricular aneurysm diagnosed by echocardiography or CMR.

排除标准：

房颤、心脏换瓣术后、肺栓塞、静脉血栓等需要明确抗凝治疗；
既往12个月有大出血病史，以及其他原因不能使用抗凝治疗；
近6月内拟行择期手术；
恶性肿瘤、严重肝肾功能衰竭、重度贫血或预期生存低于6月者；
不同意入组者；

Exclusion criteria：

1. significant indication of anticoagulant therapy in patients including atrial fibrillation, cardiac valve replacement, pulmonary embolism, venous thrombosis and etc.;
2. History of massive bleeding in the past 12 months, other contraindications of anticoagulant;
3. Elective surgery is planned for nearly 6 months;
4. Malignant tumor, severe liver and kidney failure, severe anemia or expected survival less than 6 months;
5. Disagreement of participation.
