本研究目的是探究术前、术中、术后皮肤表面微生物的天然组成,并评估现有的术前感染相关预防措施对接受髋膝关节置换术患者的皮肤微生物组成的影响,以及皮肤表面微生物组成的变化对术后1年切口感染相关并发症发生的影响。  

Objectives of Study:

The aim of this study is to investigate the natural composition of skin surface microbiota before, during, and after surgery, and to evaluate the effects of existing preoperative infection-related precautions on skin microbiota in patients undergoing hip or knee arthroplasty, as well as the effects of changes in skin surface microbial composition on the occurrence of incision infection-related complications 1 year after surgery.

纳入标准:

1.年龄:18-80岁; 2.计划行初次髋膝关节置换术的患者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age: 18-80 years old; 2. Patients scheduled for primary hip and knee replacement.

排除标准:

1.关节皮肤溃烂、有皮肤病者; 2.免疫功能低下者; 3.1个月内接受过关节腔注射或手术关节其他治疗者。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Ulcerated joint skin and skin diseases; 2. Immunocompromised patients; 3. Patients who had received intra-articular injection or surgical joint treatment within 3.1 months.

本研究为观察性研究,连续性纳入一段时间内入院的患者,无实验组和对照组。因此根据本研究纳入患者的时间及往年本科室的患者手术量,暂定约100例。
