研究目的：

目前针对尘肺病的治疗主要为抗感染、抗肺纤维化、积极对症治疗，最根本的治疗措施依旧是肺移植，移植术操作复杂且病人术后恢复也需要经历漫长且艰难的过程，因此尘肺病移植后的预防及患病后的长期管理就显得格外重要。利用合适的预后分析模型，研究其影响因素，对具有危险因素的患者采取管理措施，及时进行干预，做到早发现早治疗，可有效改善患者预后，延长尘肺移植病人群体寿命，提高职业人群健康水平，减轻政府及社会的经济负担。本研究通过双向性队列观察研究，探索肺移植手术治疗尘肺病患者围术期的临床特征及预后，分析国内尘肺病患者肺移植围术期的临床治疗现状，探索肺移植围术期主要并发症的临床防治策略，并构建尘肺病肺移植围术期主要并发症的预防与风险评价模型。  

Objectives of Study：

At present, the treatment of pneumoconiosis is mainly anti-infection, anti-pulmonary fibrosis, and active symptomatic treatment, and the most fundamental treatment measure is still lung transplantation. The operation of transplantation is complex and the postoperative recovery of patients needs to experience a long and difficult process. Using an appropriate prognostic analysis model to study its influencing factors, taking management measures for patients with risk factors, timely intervention, and early detection and treatment can effectively improve the prognosis of patients, prolong the life of pneumoconiosis transplantation patients, improve the health level of the occupational population, and reduce the economic burden of the government and society. Through a bidirectional cohort study, this study explored the perioperative clinical characteristics and prognosis of pneumoconiosis patients treated with lung transplantation, analyzed the current clinical treatment status of pneumoconiosis patients during the perioperative period of lung transplantation in China, explored the clinical prevention strategy of major complications during the perioperative period of lung transplantation, and constructed a prevention and risk assessment model of major complications during the perioperative period of pneumoconiosis lung transplantation.

Inclusion criteria

1.Lung transplant recipients with pneumoconiosis as the primary disease;

排除标准：

1.原发病不包括尘肺的患者；
2.参与多器官联合移植患者；
3.二次肺移植的患者；
4.数据严重缺失；

Exclusion criteria：

1.patients who have had organ transplants;
2.Combined multiple organ transplantation;
3.serious data missing;
4.patients whose primary disease did not include pneumoconiosis;

本研究为观察性双向性研究，因此不涉及病例报告表，相关数据将由课题组成员在无锡市人民医院病历系统中收集，保存至专门的数据库中，有专门人员进行管理和定期维护，并限制相关访问人员权限，确保数据库的安全和受试者隐私不被侵犯。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

This study is a two-way observational study, so no case report form is involved. Relevant data will be collected by members of the research group in the medical record system of Wuxi People's Hospital and saved in a special database, which will be managed and maintained regularly by specialized personnel, and the permissions of relevant visitors will be restricted to ensure the security of the database and the privacy of subjects will not be infringed.
