研究目的：

除肺保护性通气策略之外，为预防肺移植术后PGD发生和治疗PGD,临床医生通常首选ECMO。PGD的发生及其治疗措施ECMO的应用极易诱发和加重AKI，但ECMO的应用在一定程度上改善了肾脏的微循环和器官灌注，对AKI起着保护作用。为了更深入地探究肺移植术后AKI、PGD发生和ECMO应用之间的关系，有必要对接受肺移植的患者进行这项PGD、AKI的发生与术后早期预后情况的相关性的回顾性、观察性研究，观察患者在ECMO使用后移植物功能、肾功能变化，探究他们预后情况的不同。  

Objectives of Study：

In addition to lung protective ventilation strategy, ECMO is usually the first choice for clinicians to prevent and treat PGD after lung transplantation. The occurrence of PGD and its treatment measures ECMO application is easy to induce and aggravate AKI, but the application of ECMO improves the microcirculation of the kidney and organ perfusion to a certain extent, which plays a protective role in AKI. In order to explore the relationship between AKI, PGD and ECMO application after lung transplantation, it is necessary to conduct a retrospective and observational study on the correlation between the occurrence of PGD, AKI and early postoperative prognosis of patients receiving lung transplantation, observe the changes in graft function and renal function after ECMO use, and explore the differences in their prognosis.

纳入标准：

1.接受肺移植手术的患者；

Inclusion criteria

1.Lung transplant patients;

排除标准：

1.有器官移植手术史；
2.联合多器官移植；
3.数据严重缺失；
4.年龄小于18岁；

Exclusion criteria：

1.patients who have had organ transplants;
2.Combined multiple organ transplantation;
3.serious data missing;
4.under 18 years old;
