研究目的：

研究颈椎管成形术后轴性疼痛是否存在疼痛敏化，以及颈肩时间依赖性阻力等长运动与主动活动范围运动对该并发症的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate whether there is pain sensitization in axial pain after cervical canal plasty, and the influence of cervical and shoulder time-dependent resistance isometric motion and active range of motion on this complication.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.经临床症状和影像学确诊的多节段颈椎病，包括脊髓型颈椎病（CSM）或后纵韧带骨化（OPLL）；
2.颈椎管成形术的手术史。

Inclusion criteria

1. Multilevel cervical spondylosis confirmed by clinical symptoms and imaging, including cervical spondylotic myelopathy (CSM) or ossification of posterior longitudinal ligament (OPLL);
2. Surgical history of cervical canal plasty.

排除标准：

1.既往脊柱手术、颈椎结构病变（如外伤性脊柱损伤、感染和肿瘤）；
2.可能增加手术风险或加重/改变疼痛的共存条件（如严重高血压或心脏病、外周血管疾病、肩周炎和神经疾病）；
3.不完整的医疗记录，以及不愿意参与本研究的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Previous spinal surgery, cervical structural lesions (such as traumatic spinal injury, infection, and tumor);
2. Co-existing conditions that may increase the risk of surgery or aggravate/modify pain (e.g., severe hypertension or heart disease, peripheral vascular disease, periarthritis of shoulder, and neurological disease);
3. With incomplete medical records, and patients unwilling to participate in this study.
