研究目的：

本研究旨在2型糖尿病患者中CVAI等肥胖相关指标与糖尿病肾病发生的关系，并探讨可能的机制。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to investigate the relationship between CVAI and other obesity-related indicators and diabetic nephropathy in patients with type 2 diabetes, and to explore the possible mechanism.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

18-80岁符合2型糖尿病诊断标准的住院患者

Inclusion criteria

Hospitalized patients aged 18-80 years who met diagnostic criteria for type 2 diabetes

排除标准：

（1）原发性肾病，(2)糖尿病急性并发症，如低血糖昏迷，糖尿病酮症酸中毒，高血糖高渗性昏迷和乳酸酸中毒，(3)并发急性或慢性感染，(4)合并恶性肿瘤或自身免疫性疾病，(5)任何器官功能障碍或衰竭

Exclusion criteria：

(1) primary nephropathy, (2) acute complications of diabetes such as hypoglycemic coma, diabetic ketoacidosis, hyperglycemic hyperosmolar coma, and lactic acidosis, (3) concurrent acute or chronic infections, (4) concurrent malignant or autoimmune diseases, and (5) any organ dysfunction or failure.
