Objectives of Study：

A study on the impact of nutritional status on clinical outcomes in patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.①符合急性脑出血诊断标准；②年龄≥18岁；③首次发病。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meets the diagnostic criteria for acute cerebral hemorrhage; 2. Age ≥ 18 years old; 3. First onset of illness.

排除标准：

1.①合并严重心、肝、肾功能损伤及恶性肿瘤晚期；②妊娠或脯乳期；③数据收集困难无法完成营养评估的患者；④入ICU后72小时内出院或死亡。⑤已经开始实施肠内营养；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Combined with severe heart, liver, and kidney function damage and advanced malignant tumors; 2. Pregnancy or lactation period; 3. Patients who have difficulty collecting data and are unable to complete nutritional assessments; 4. Discharge or death within 72 hours after admission to the ICU; 5. Enteral nutrition has begun to be implemented;
