验证开发的绘本对PICC置管患儿术前焦虑、疼痛水平、依从性、韧性的干预效果。  

Objectives of Study：

To validate the effectiveness of the developed illustrated book as an intervention for preoperative anxiety, pain levels, compliance, and resilience in children with PICC placement.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）首次接受PICC穿刺； （2）年龄5~12岁； （3）能够用普通话进行交流； （4）患儿自愿且及家长允许参加本项研究者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) receiving PICC insertion first time; (2) aged 5-12 years; (3) be able to communicate in Mandarin; (4) the children volunteered and their parents allowed them to participate in this study.

排除标准：

(1) 伴有严重心、脑、肾等重要脏器功能不全或其他严重并发症者； (2) 患有精神疾病或有认知障碍者; (3)术前使用镇痛药、抗焦虑药、镇静剂等。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) having severe cardiac, cerebral, renal and other vital organ insufficiency or other serious complications; (2) having psychiatric diseases or cognitive disorders; (3)preoperative use of analgesics, anxiolytics, sedatives, etc.

由非本课题组成员运用Research Randomizer网站 （https://www.randomizer.org/）产生1套随机数字序列，然后将这些随机数字分别装入按顺序编码、密封、不透光的信封中，并做好保管工作。研究者在确定纳入研究对象后，通过电话询问随机数字保管员分组情况。

Using the Research Randomizer website by non members of our research group( https://www.randomizer.org/ )Generate a set of random number sequences, and then put these random numbers into sequentially encoded, sealed, and opaque envelopes, and keep them safe. After determining the inclusion of the research subjects, the researchers inquired about the grouping of random number custodians over the phone.
